Розшаровуюча аневризма аорти типу А: результати багаторічного досвіду лікування

Анотація
Хірургічне лікування розшаровуючих аневризм аорти типа А залишається однією з найскладніших проблем кардіохірургії. У статті представлено весь досвід хірургічного лікування таких аневризм одним колективом. Показано, що накопичення досвіду, покращення методик хірургічного лікування, захисту мозку, серця, внутрішніх органів дозволило досягти госпітальної летальності у 4,5% за останні п’ять років.
