Among patients with TF males were dominated (n=63 61.76%). The number of females were 39 (38.24%). Mean age was 24.64±0.77 years. Palliative interventions before radical correction were performed in 26 (25.4%) patients and re-operations – in 40 (39.2%). Among residual pathology prevailed right ventricle outlet tract obstruction and/or pulmonary artery branches stenosis in 22 (21.56%) patients, dilatation and volume overload of right ventricle in 30 (29,41%) patients, which is the result of severe pulmonary insufficiency.Conclusions. Early diagnostics of residual pathology in the long-term postoperative period can improve the quality of life of these patients and increase life expectancy. ER -
